The work I know best.

I focus my practice so I can go deep, not wide. If what's below sounds like your inner world, we're likely a strong fit.

01 · Anxiety & perfectionism

When "holding it together" becomes exhausting.

From the outside you're composed and accomplished. Inside, your mind rarely rests — replaying conversations, bracing for judgment, chasing a standard that always moves. High-functioning anxiety is easy to hide and hard to live with.

Together we quiet the noise and loosen perfectionism's grip. Using ACT and CBT, you'll learn to relate to anxious thoughts differently, act from your values instead of your fears, and finally feel that enough is something you can be, not just something you do.

02 · Cultural & family identity

Belonging to your family and to yourself.

You move between cultures fluently, yet feel fully at home in neither. You love your family and also feel the weight of their expectations — around career, marriage, success, duty. Saying "this is who I am" can feel like a betrayal of where you come from.

This is tender, essential work, and it's at the center of my practice. We honor your roots while making room for your own voice, so you can hold both your heritage and your autonomy — without guilt running the show.

03 · Intergenerational patterns & trauma

The history you inherited without choosing it.

Some of what you carry didn't start with you — migration, sacrifice, silence, survival. These stories pass down through families, shaping how we love, achieve, and cope, often in ways we can feel but can't name.

We'll gently trace these threads and bring them into the light. Naming intergenerational patterns takes away their quiet power, so you can keep the strengths your family gave you and set down the burdens that were never yours to carry.

04 · Depression & burnout

When the drive that carried you runs dry.

The ambition that once propelled you now feels like weight. Getting through the day takes everything; joy feels far away. Whether it's depression, burnout, or both, you don't have to push through it alone.

We'll rebuild from the ground up — restoring rest, meaning, and momentum, and understanding what left you so depleted so it doesn't keep happening. Small, steady steps back toward a life that feels worth being present for.

05 · Women's life transitions

Holding it all — and being held, too.

Career, relationships, motherhood, caregiving, the pressure to excel at every one. Women so often become the person everyone leans on, with little space to ask what they need.

Therapy is that space. We'll navigate the transitions and expectations you're carrying, reconnect you with your own wants and limits, and build a version of "having it all" that doesn't cost you yourself.

06 · Trauma & self-worth

Rebuilding a kinder relationship with yourself.

When you've been hurt — by events, by relationships, by an inner voice that learned to be harsh — it can feel safest to stay small and self-critical. Healing means slowly teaching your nervous system, and yourself, that you're safe and worthy now.

At a pace that always feels safe, we'll process what happened and rebuild a steadier, more compassionate sense of self — the foundation everything else grows from.
